handwritten blog! oddly your ‘is art…?’ bit reminded me of a ‘what is sports’ question presented in a sociology class (that i did not belong in). when does autumn become most cold reminded me of 秋情 (roughly translates to ‘autumn feeling’), but it’s on a wildly different subject really. ‘cut down later with economic swords’ and that’s a nice bit i think i’ll dream of it in my sleep
I really like "what is real, and what is sports?", it reminds me of Tim and Eric! I think that would be a really fun piece.
Cut down with economic swords is a bit inspired by the series monument mythos! In that series there is a character that builds a sword made from emerald (a historical reference to king soloman) and cuts his enemies head from their body, causing their head to expand and become a giant, living airship capable of nuclear destruction which he uses to protect the United States. That series is really good, it has a lot of spin off stuff but the original series really impressed me with its originality with historical material.
