WATER ISNT WET.
MY LOGIC: its atoms think of water as a lubricant in this case its two elements, 3 atoms, combined and each of those elements make you not wet and it acts as an agent as H20 to make things wet cause wetness is a state caused by the water interacting with a solid so i rest my case.
Water is in fact, not wet it only makes things wet.
