9/2/2025 | Contradictions
When I read books the characters make sense. They almost never contradict themselves. They have goals and alignments and stick to them. I feel like real people aren't so consistent, at least I am not.
For example, sometimes I wear wrangler jeans and cowboy boots. Other times I wear skinny jeans and baggy shirts. Sometimes I like to rebuild carburetors in my garage and sometimes I like to paint my nails and feel pretty. I like to ride horses, but I also like to write code.
I feel like who I am doesn't make any sense. Do you make sense? Is it okay to not make sense?
Sorry for being #deep. Having a good week! Love you guys.

Unlike some character in a book, you are not some perfectly created person, with your traits and beliefs weighed on some pros and cons list. The best part of being alive, and ultimately an adult, is learning who you are, and then watching yourself change over and over again.
