Probably the most painful thing i've experienced yet

Yesterday I had to get one of my molars pulled because it was in pretty rough shape and it didn't really go as smoothly as planned. I have no idea why, maybe I was just too nervous or something, but for whatever reason the anesthesia didn't really work at all even after an extra injection. We thought it was fine after that since I couldn't feel the tooth being pushed at first, but that didn't last. The moment the guy grabbed my tooth with the forceps and started pulling on it I instantly felt it, i felt every single movement, the pain just getting worse and worse until i felt like i was either gonna cry or pass out, but I just tried my best to keep a straight face because i thought "Well we're too far in to stop at this point". At least the pain stopped after the tooth itself came out, but Jesus fucking Christ of those 20 seconds didn't feel like the longest in my life.
