thoughts on media

I really wonder what it would be like if social media was never invented. Like would everyone's interests be different, would people be kinder, would people be smarter. I find myself scrolling on TikTok alone for 30+ hours a week. I wonder if I chose not to doom scroll, how I would spend my time. I could probably learn so much information. I also think that my overall thoughts would be sooooooooo much more positive. Social media is so negative as a whole it is horrible. The way people judge each other just because the act or believe in a certain way is insane to me. Gosh idk just really wonder.
