Real socialization in the digital era and a plate of emotions being thrown at your face

One last blog that won't make me famous but I FOUND SOMETHING TO SAY ABOUT BWHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA... (aka relate from a blog I did a while back)

So I talked abt how social media and the internet affected the way we socialize in real life, but why does it feel weird to talk in person when your main way to talk is via ur phone?

Some people (yes, I place myself here too) have socialized via the internet to the point where irl talking feels odd, draining and not rewarding. Why's that?

When you talk online, you're guaranteed to find someone who's basically you with ease. And online, all u need to do is know a bit o' english and reply.BOOM, YOU TALKED!!!

Irl tho... it's hard since the person is different and will defo not match ur energy, and u gotta convince them by talking. But, since it's guaranteed that they will not have the same interests and u, and eye contact might be hard (for me it is).

But, is it better?YES!!!Talking irl can improve your communicative abilities, can help you with shyness, help you improve how you present in front of others and, if lucky, u can get friends, which is cool!!!!!

So in conlcusion, if u ever see a cool mf outside when ur just walking and u feel like you wanna spark a convo, don't be a pussy like me and do it.U got.nothing to lose!!!

for me personally, the more people i interact and talk to online, the more confident i feel about talking with people irl. im not sure how that works though lmao. but it does somehow work for me.
