Sleep Paralysis

Have u guys ever had sleep paralysis? I've had it twice. The fucked up thing is I don't even remember it that much now bcz I have the memory of a goldfish. But I remember I had a really scary nightmare about Chucky & then when I woke up I couldn't really move or speak. My head was hurting & it felt heavy. It's like someone put a weight on my skull. I was very paranoid from the nightmare but then after a while I fell asleep again & I had another nightmare then I woke up again & still couldn't move or scream. My head was still very heavy & I was trying really hard to get up or say something but it wasn't working. I feel like my Brian trauma blocked it that's why I don't remember the nightmares bcz I remember being disturbed by them. I also experienced sleep paralysis as a kid. I've had multiple nightmares about Chucky. One time I dreamed that Chucky stabbed me in the bottom of my foot laughing maniacally I remembered screaming & waking up irl screaming & clutching my foot & I actually felt like he stabbed me like I felt the sensation of being stabbed or being poked with needles under my foot. It was so vivid & disturbing. Then one time I dreamed that Chucky killed all my family & I saw their bloody dead bodies. And I knew in my dream that I was next & he was coming for me 💀 this mfer haunted me my whole life & scared the absolute living shit out of me. That's why I'm still scared by Chucky. Plz don't kill me man I actually think you're cool & awesome & I think gingers r great 😃👍🏼
