So, I'm trying to lose a significant amount of weight, but I think the direction is heading to anorexia really quickly. I exercise more than I used to now, which is great, but its also combined with drinking a ton of water to fill me up instead of food. I drank two glasses of water before eating an apple (without eating anything today at all) and I couldn't even finish more than one small slice because I felt full from the water and afterwards I exercised again and i feel even fatter even though all I ate today was an apple slice. I have a bit of a tummy and I'm really insecure and want to get rid of it, but I'm having trouble doing it without not eating. I WANT to eat lunch so bad, but I know I feel really fat afterwards. Any tips on avoiding anorexia while losing weight?
i need some advice...

You need protein. you can't survive off apples, don't starve yourself or be afraid that eating will make you gain weight. try something simple first like oatmeal or eggs
the trick is too burn more calories than you eat. if your not eating anything then it's harder to lose weight. also starving yourself leads to binge eating

if your going to skip meals I recommend eating a breakfast full of protein, skipping lunch, and eating dinner
