Lately I have been thinking about multiple different career path ideas, from engineering, joining the military, tattoos/piercing/barbering, a mechanic, welding, being a crime scene investigator or even a pathologist or researcher of some sort. 

I have a strong interest in the sciences, especially mental science. I also enjoy working with my hands. I have been all over the place if you couldn't tell, but how am I suppose to just know which one I want to do? Engineering would allow me to have the science and somewhat artistic job, while also being able to work with my hands. Same goes for welding, but not so much science with that though. 

I have thought about the military on and off, as it would be something I believe I would enjoy. Plus I would be able to do welding or some sort of hands on trade if I chose to do so, too. I would just be afraid that if I was to ever actually have a family, I wouldn't be around to see them often I guess?

For the crime scene investigator and the pathologist, I find criminology, forensics, and psychology extremely interesting as well. But, I don't know if I would be able to be good enough at these types of careers? I know that being in these fields there tends to be a lot of burnout that occurs.

Another thing is, I would like to be able to express myself as I would like. Like I'd like to be able to have tattoos and not have to worry about needing to cover them up for work? Obviously I wouldn't show up naked lol, but you get what I mean. I think a physical, more hands on job would allow me to feel more "helpful" which is definitely something that I would like in my career. Who knows what may happen. I may be a busy guy who does tattoos at night and is a mechanic by day or something lol.
