(simplifying for international readers not really how our schools work)
self-proclaimed baddie over here, so basically i have like about two classes with my friends and im also a person who cannot survive on her own, (ike I hate going into places alone I feel like I have anxiety or something type shi), so, majority of my classes are ones I have no friends in, plus many of the subjects are really shite and require emotional support to get through.
Thing is, I also get severe FOMO, I cannot hang out after school (strict parents ifykyk) , I ain't in a single club or commitee wit them, and I cannot figure anything out on my own (slow asf over here), and every one of them has a friend or at least acquaintances in their classes. And my authority figure WONT change my classes and its fucked me up so bad.
Its like I have spatial depression, in school I feel like bawling and at home I'm either fine or so fucking anxious about the next day. My question is: how to feel better doing things alone?

my guess is that youre already doing that but whenever you gotta do something new, first do it with someone, then do it alone
or just straight up skip to doing it alone, only talking to someone else about what are you going to do
it's okay to have fear, just go for it. i go for things even when i'm afraid and that's how i do stuff
