Time to yap i guess..

i cut my hair a few days ago (w my friends help) without my parents permission. And honestly it felt great it was honestly awesome. But i was then afraid of my parents, i liked being able to be my own person. But their thoughts kinda made me feel guilty.

but the thing is. They never noticed. they never actually paid attention to my hair. And it was like that for like a day or two. Only after they noticed my mom + gma ended up dissing me. Like dang, they both were normal the whole time, but the moment they noticed my hair they acted like i committed a robbery.

I tried not to act offended to their words but the moment my aunt said i looked good i felt like crying cus i was glad someone thought it looked good. 

Lowkey my mom wanted to gaslight me into not cutting my hair anymore cus it made her sad. But like, she’s completely ignoring how happy it made me to cut my hair. Lowkey baffles my mind how much she cares what others think.
