Sup. Not much changes around here since I last posted, I got a shiton of work done over the weekend and I kind of just want it to be over so I can rest. I had plans with a friend IRL but unfortunately it seems they're cancelled, probably. I managed to clean a bunch of manga pages (100+) and I'm working on typesetting a chapter for another series while getting started on cleaning another. I'm very interested in finishing these pages so I can maybe take the same load of work. It allows for my real work.

I'm going to use this week to work on a bunch of comics for my site (they're horror comics btw) and then try to finish this stupid painting I'm struggling with. Why'd I ever accept photorealism!? I'm clearly not good for it... Anyway.

I'm trying not to be too obvious about it but my husband has been off work for a week or so, and potentially will continue to be. Which means I get to be around them, draw with them and RP with them 24/7 for longer, which, in context, I usually just get 1-2 hours a day to interact with them when they have work because they're a nurse. It sucks. But he's sick right now which means I get to take advantage of that! (I'm joking.)

Also, my copy of harvest moon grand baazar has officially shipped! I don't have an ETA but i am EXCITED. To say the least this will become my new personality for the next month or longer LOL.

Today we watched the new episode of To be Hero X, episode 22... It left me screaming is all I can say without spoiling too much, the way Nice was treated reminded me quite a lot of Luka from Alien Stage, I think about him a lot... This is probably one of my favorite shows now, admittedly. It's not even like... necessarily a shonen per se, it comes across more as like a Seinen, but being Chinese, I'm unsure if the same terms apply. Anyway, we also realized there would be no new episode for The Summer Hikaru Died this week, which is totally fine, I prefer that to overworking already underpaid animators anyway.

For Sunday, my husband and I got a pizza to eat together at a distance and we caught up with one of our favorite youtube channels to watch together and get mad at humanity together. Explore with us is a very non-sensationalist youtube series that explores modern criminals without romanticizing or minimizing the tragedy, with a memorial for the victims, always. I like that quite a lot tbh.

I'm not sure what else to add other than I think my mental health is going down the drain (:
