how do i ask ppl to use the ping pong table with me at lunch

Bring them the paddle and then wait for them at the table. Depending on how confident you are in your abilities you may also want to formally challenge them.

If you dont care who you play with you can also print out a paper issuing a general challenge and hang it up somewhere visible.
