choosing recovery..!

today i'm choosing recovery! i have lived w an eating disorder since november, but today is the day im finally choosing to live my life. i have been trapped inside my own mind, but im finally choosing to let go. i just wanted to share this with everybody because im so proud of myself..! i honestly think ive been feeling better about myself because i recently started high school and absolutely LOVE it + ive been going outside more and have been on my laptop waaayy less!!

i hope this post can inspire others to reach out to trusted people in their lives (not saying parents/adults bc honestly talking to adults abt stuffs can be SOO intimidating lmfao) and maybe even choose recovery..!!
