The lady in the white skirt

Today I checked the weather and just as the newspaper said, it was the most beautiful day. The radiant sunrays caressed my skin and the fresh breeze softly patted my head, reminding me of how my parents used to show their pride in me. Still, there was an ache, something was missing to become a perfect day. But then, I saw her, the lady in the white skirt, she had a breathtaking smile and the warmest eyes. When she approached, I froze, stunned by how someone could be so pure, so kind.

I told her I had a heartache, such an odd thing to say since in her lovely presence I couldn't even feel my own body. Kindly, she pushed her hand and reached my soul, she kissed it and gently ripped it out. I felt at ease as she kept nursing my wounds. Covered in blood and wearing a graceful smile, she tore through my veins. She ripped out my lungs. Mercifully, she crushed my bones. And as her last act of love, she whispered that I was enough.
