College life so far

I've been super all over the place this entire month, but these past two weeks have been especially busy for me.
I finally moved in! Did that on the 20th, and my roommate eventually showed up too days later and since then we've kind of made a routine and made our room look pretty. I'm really happy with my space and, outside of the long walks, college has been pretty nice.

Admittedly, I've been struggling a lot mentally. Mostly with just unresolved trauma biting me in the ass now that I left home and don't have to bottle things up anymore. Crying is something I do regularly now, which is very odd for me.

Regarding workloads and such, I honestly have it pretty good for my first semester. Two online classes and three pretty simple in-person ones. Its been hard trying not to succumb to slacker temptations but the first week honeymoon phase is fading and I'm putting myself to work now. Lots of napping, lots of eating, just overall a new life and one that I'm happy with even if I'm struggling with other issues.

I'm also pretty proud of my dorm setup. Everyone's been telling me that I made my dorm super cozy and honestly I think that's the perfect word for it.
