trying to make a website

i did a bunch of surfing on the internet today to find some old/retro websites and i found a few that piqued my interest, one of them being a blog site, its called nekoweb! though you have to learn coding for them and i dont know shit about coding,,, but its very customizable and you can have your very own website and im trying to figure it out. seems really coolsies,,
