I want to be a cute anime girl

I'm tired. I don't feel pretty, even though there are people who say I am. I don't feel that way, and that bothers me. I see pictures of other girls my age, and I don't understand. Why are they so pretty? Why am I not like them? What should I do? I want to look the way I want.
