My phone actually does this when I use Instagram and it's sooo annoying, but it usually stops when I close the app.. Like anonymous said restart your phone!
i think its a snapchat thing
when i used to use it, i uploaded the audio to snaochat, and i think it's somehow repeating from there even whem i have the app closed
restarting worked for now, tho it doesnt play the audio very often, so i won't know :<
