I need to get better at taking my iron vitamins. Like uggghhh everything hurts, I get dizzy, I'm tired. But then I can't even sleep, which I think is also something caused by iron deficiency, idk forget at times. But the joint pain is the worst, at first it was my lower half, now it's started to get to my arms and hands and im in a sigh language class 。゚(゚∩´﹏`∩゚)゚。 Anyway, I will make sure I take them every day and not forget................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................. hopefully (•–•;)

Liquid iron is a game changer for me. I’ve had 2 iron diffusions before and still managed to bottom out. The irons pills/supplements I was supplied caused my stomach issues for me. The liquid iron is way more gentler. OJ does help iron absorb better in your system, as well as eating iron-rich foods.
