My Account Goal

So, I think those of us who missed MySpace can agree that seeing this website reignites that childhood wonder of having a blog. The iconic movies and shows I watched where the main character takes time from their day to sit down at the computer and write about High School drama, boy drama, it's framed this idea in my mind. 

With this website I found at the age of 19, not much spicy drama anymore but I want to make this blog into a recap of my journey into real adulthood. I'll come back and talk about going to a new psychiatrist, getting on meds, starting my spiritual journey. It sounds dumb, not very exciting but I think my life is like most peoples. Normal with a side salad of shit.

We are dealing with a pandemic, climate change, and some awful political climate. Our lives that felt so normal 3 years ago are now filled with everything we never thought of and more, it feels like I have to fantasize about each day to find the good in them. So for this blog I want it to be as normal as possible, as transparent and real as I can be. It's easy to paint a face and edit a picture, seem like you have everything figured out. It's harder to hide behind paragraphs, to sit down and write for longer than a caption on a selfie you'll be surprised what thoughts have been anchored down inside.

Dreams don't become unattainable or silly to think about with age, the older you get the more boring people want you to be, easier for others to love themselves and be successful when you don't even try.
