New to CSS, trying to learn.

I was just wondering if anyone had some good resources to learn HTML5, or CSS. I've been wanting to do these for a long time, not for any particular reason, but they just seem like interesting programming languages to me. If you can call them that, I'm not sure what languages that are used to program websites are called. Maybe they are just called programming languages. Just comment if you know a good resource.
