Alright, let’s log off the main character energy for a sec and be so for real.

Is anyone else’s brain just… buffering? Permanently?

It’s not one big thing. It’s the everything. It’s the 47 tabs open in my mind at all times.  It’s the algorithm showing me someone else’s perfect plant-filled apartment and their 5 AM wellness routine while I’m debating if a discarded laundry pile counts as a chair.

It’s the cosmic exhaustion of simply existing in 2025. The pressure to have a hot-girl summer body by spring, to have a profitable side-hustle, to have an enlightened opinion on every global event served directly to your feed 24/7. My mental battery is at 1% and I can’t find the charger.

Sometimes the urge to just ✨disappear✨ is strong. To turn off all my notifications, delete the apps, and let the moss grow over me. Let the FOMO wash over and past me. I’m tired.

The simulation doesn’t pause.

So we keep moving. We do the little things. We “touch grass” literally, even if it’s just walking to the coffee shop. We put on a good playlist (my current hyperfixation is a kpop group called xlov). We mute the chaotic group chats for 24 hours. We celebrate the tiny wins—actually washing our face, eating something that didn’t come in delivery packaging, sending that one email.

We keep going not because we’re motivated, but because we’re resilient. We’re the main characters on a really, really long quest with terrible fast travel options. The grind is not glamorous, but it’s ours.

So if you’re reading this on your phone, probably in bed, feeling the weight of it all… I see you. We’re all just trying to defrag our hard drives while the world keeps spinning.
