I really want my 'superhero' phase to last.. and i really need some help/recs on where to start with comics. I've got a couple characters I'm sort of interested in already :3
Batman - He seems awesome, his design is sort of just superman in grayscale and i love it a lot. I think there's a lot to say about him, he really gets mischaracterised a lot and i want to have my own opinion on him.
Robin - WHY IS THERE SO MANY ROBINS?? dude its just one guy.. right? why does he have 10028388 variations.. it feels like watching spiderverse ngl.
Nightwing - idk much about him. im pretty sure hes also robin but like.. not? idk. i'd love to start reading about him though.
Spiderman!! - I've read a little bit of the early spiderman comics (amazing fantasy) i just wanna know where else i should go from there, or if i should drop them and start a different 'series'
Teen Titans - Idk if they have any comics.. i just wanna know if they do, and if they're worth reading.
Invincible - i know 0 things about this. im probably gonna watch the show when im done with ultimate spiderman, but i think the comics look kinda cool
literally anything else. give me some recommendations on new characters, im starting to love dc, marvel and comics in general. this shit is so cool to me :3

Hello! Fellow comic reader here. If you’re looking to stay within the DC realm, definitely grab a couple Batman comics. The Robin mantle is given up by Dick Grayson when he assumes his own vigilante identity many years into his career with Batman (enter Nightwing). Jason Todd was the second Robin, there’s an intense storyline I won’t ruin for you, but he ends up losing his place as Robin, and so Timothy Drake ends up becoming the third Robin. I haven’t read anything past 2010 yet, so I’m not sure who goes where and who takes what role after that lol. I know there was a girl Robin introduced a few years back as well, so that’s cool!
If you like complicated characters and wild stories, grab some X men and birds of prey books.
