Well, a few minutes I was talking to my bf and I asked him what he would do if someone more attractive approaches him, and he answered me that he'd ignore her. But then I asked him again "what if she's really sexy?" And he's not answering me.
Maybe he fell asleep or maybe he's tired about this jealousy-anxious behavior.
I'm really sick of being like this.

While I don't know how much help this will be, I'd like to let you know that you are def not alone when it comes to struggling with jealousy, esp hating the jealous part of yourself. I am very similar, and I have been dealing with intense jealousy for yearsss, and only recently I have found other people I know who experience similar. So, whether it is "normal" or not, I'm not one to say since im in the same boat, but just know that you are def not the only one out there thinking they're all crazy or struggling because of jealous or obsessive thoughts/behaviors.
It can be a strugglee, but from my experience at least, jealousy can get easier to handle, esp as you learn more about yourself as u grow, so hang in there! ♡♡♡
