So like for the past week or so I've been trying to log into my old animal jam account, I read up they delete accounts after 120 days of inactivity so I was like "Ah, should probably go check it."
I log into parent toolz, my account is still there, so I decide to hop on!
...I can't fucking play the game, not only will it not let me in after changing my password twice..
SOMEONE HAS BEEN PLAYING ON MY ACCOUNT FOR OVER LIKE MUTIPLE FUCKING YEARZ???? WHAT????
Currently waiting for a response to a email I sent animal jam, I spent money on this game guyz.. I had a membership on play wild I better get my account back

️ I really hope you can get it back!! I lost my aj account of a decade all because it got permabanned when I wasn't even USING it... Broke my heart, starting from square one
