Watching my parents give each other the silent treatment after fighting over something useless for the 100th time this week: (👁️⌓👁️⁠)

But yeah, I have a lot of anxiety and stuff because of that. Did not have a very silent childhood 🙂👍 Even at my grown age, the tension makes me nauseous and have no place nor anyone that I can escape to. That's life, I guess.
