First day back for the 25/26 school year.

Hello again from those here at the Japanese Animation Society!

Today, August 25th, was our return to the Lock Haven Commonwealth University campus. A lot has changed here over the summer months... Such as the air conditioning breaking in every building.

It isn't a proper return home without the first few weeks being full of mistakes such as this.

The Japanese Animation Society will be hosting a fun table at our involvement fair, which I'll hopefully post pictures of in our post next week. That will also go over how our club meeting(s) had gone and more!

Until then, I figured it'd be nice to post some art from our fliers that are hanging around our campus, as well as our own official stamp! We like to draw characters who our club likes or who are memorable to the otaku community wearing our university sweatshirt.

As for our club pick, it was obviously Harunobu Madarame from Genshiken! The most moé of all Genshiken members, our club took a special liking to him after the Genshiken 2 episode where Ogiue creates BL fantasizes about Madarame amongst the rest of the male cast. As the club president myself, I obviously have a bias for him too.
