Searching help to put dividers, blinkies, stamps on blog posts

Hiii, i've been trying to make blog posts with blinkies n such but it doesn't show up at all. Only shows the HTML itself but not the actual blinkie or others to show.

Would be nice to get some help figuring it out<3
