okay so growing up in the 2000s i remember seeing monster high be advertised a lot and sold in shops a lot since they were the big new doll at the time. the other week i thought to myself "i wonder if i could get one of the dolls all my friends had" (i never had any monster high dolls, i wasn't allowed because they were "too expensive" and "i didnt like dolls" so i always played with my friends ones)
it's last saturday and i decide to go onto ebay to see if anyone had the original ones i used to play with. now i know when things aren't around anymore and people sell them they go up a bit in price obviously but one thing i didnt know is that the dolls i grew up with are being sold for almost hundreds of euros!!
like i'm not really surprised or anything but i was also like "are you joking??". i never thought that the dolls being sold in my local toy shop for about 15-25 euros would now be resold for almost 700
monster high dolls expensive now????

Unfortunately with gen1 monster high dollz (alongside a few gen3 onez) they've gotten VERY pricy cause alot of people know how much people want the older dolls these dayz
Very specific dollz are going for like quadruple timez more than their original price (specifically draculaura and elissabat, there might be some otherz but I can't remember either) which is annoying considering alot of these listingz are fake, missing body partz ect ect
Hope ur able to find monster high dollz in an affordable price range soon though!! Mattel is rereleasing old onez if that helpz so keep a eye out ^^
gosh and draculaura used to be my favourite :P pity that some things in online shopping arent as true as they sound (like you said, claiming to be a full set but missing some limbs or whatever) it makes me a bit more anxious about online shopping. thanks for telling me about the rereleases tho im gonna go check now ^^
