im scared.

so what happened.. yesterday i went to bed very late, around 2am. everything was fine, i was lying facing the wall on my bed and was already starting to fall asleep. when suddenly i heard a very strange and scary sound. as if someone was scratching with claws. the sound was behind me, that is, somewhere in the area of my computer desk, most likely under it.. i was numb with fear for a second, but later i gained courage and turned around to see what the hell was going on. and as soon as i turned around everything went quiet. and of course there was no one there. There was only me in my room (well, except for my lizard and the Madagascar cockroach, but they live at the head of my bed, so I would have understood that it was one of them scratching. Having calmed down a bit, I decided to go to my parents' room to get my cat so that she could "protect" me... I don't know, I feel calmer with her, I feel like she would protect me even from some kind of demon lol :) I lay down in bed with her and tried to fall asleep, but then she left and I was still scared. I decided to turn on the voice recorder for the night so that if something like this happened again I would record it, turned on a YouTube video in the background and fell asleep. I think many people already thought that I had mice or rats, I'm still thinking about that too. I'm not sure what it was. But I just didn't see any other signs of mice except for this strange noise. I didn't hear any kind of squeak or stench. In the morning I listened to the recording (but not the whole thing of course, because it lasts 9 hours..) and maybe it seems to me, but I heard a very quiet grinding sound in the background again. And there were also a couple of moments with strange clicks, knocks and... groans? or creaks, I don't know. In short, who the hell knows what it was. I don't even know what's better: having a ghost or fucking mice at home.

upd: I think I'll add something else: of course I'd like to believe that it's something mystical (I love mysticism), but it's highly likely that it's mice or some other crap. But here's what's strange. If it were mice, my cat would probably notice them and go crazy. But nothing like that... She's acting absolutely normal, like always. So I really have no idea what's going on.
