can we PLS bring back the flip phone, 2010s, rodrick heffley-esque of myspace!
like i know we kinda did via the introduction of spacehey and dont get me wrogn i LOVE it, but i wish it was a more widespread/accepted thing. like what if instead of asking for someones snapchat, tiktok, or instagram you asked them for their spacehey-and spent like all night veiwing their profile-admiring their blinkers, stamps, layouts, gifs ect!! like how cool would that be..?? i feel like websites like spacehey and mysapce allow for so much personalisation!! social media has gotten SO BORING !! BRIING BACK PERSONALITY AND NICHE INTERESTS AND COLLECTING COOL ALBUMS AND GIFS!!

yeah, unfortunately with the way social media has evolved it'd kinda impossible to go back to that, as all every other social media has some sort of short video feature now, and when you get in, it's really hard to get out of it (source: me) but hopefully something happens to pop social media (explode please) so everyone either leaves their phone home when going out or everyone gets a flip phone and a spacehey account
thanks so much for commenting!! i totally agree, i dont think we will ever go back to simple social media as a society as a whole-but a person can dream..it would be nice to go back to the flip phone era-tho (or at least experiecne it-i was either a baby or in utero when flip phones were still a thing LOL)
