sorry but its just so hard being catholic/christian because literal PASTORS (like a church host) quit their jobs to become atheist and tbh i might too because point a) i saw this guy annotate the bible in a year to show how downright crazy the bible is and point b) the stories kinda dont seem realistic for example Noahs ark said 2 of each animal. Up until now it seemed fine but theres literally over 8 million different animals. WHAT?? This stuff is crazy.

the stories aren't necessarily true to real life, they're more metaphors and ways of teaching as far as I know. I don't think theres any shame in questioning yourself or switching beliefs but it also doesn't hurt to try looking from a different angle. I'm Jewish and in our teachings we're always taught to ask questions and interpret things our own way, which I think should reign true for any religion. I hope you find your ideal lifestyle whether it includes religion or not!
