Blinkies cafe problem

Is there anyone who realized the blinkies you made and put on ur profile looks WAY different when they are viewed from another account/device? I deadass think I got hacked or sumtin. Pls comment if you know why this is happening. It also only happens when I use Blinkies cafe too.
