Hi hi! I just wanted to ask you guys about consoles! I know, I know. I'm being influenced by the internet into buying things I don't need again. But I promise I'll use it this time!!!
Basically, I want to buy a PS Vita 2000 because it has a really cute Pink and White coloring to the console. And I want the Vita because it's more advanced than the PSP. Especially since the P4 Dancing All Night rhythm game is on the Vita!!! Eeeeeeeeeeee!!! ^0^
Also also, I wanted to use it as a multimedia device too. Playing video games, listening to MP3 music, listening to the Radio, going on the Internet Browser. A03 works on the Vita right? It works on my 2DS XL.
I actually wanted you guys to give me advice because I've never owned any Playstation device like, ever. My Dad had a PS2, except my jobless uncle stole it. Idk. To sell it, I guess. Anyways, it pissed him off so much that he didn't buy a Playstation ever again.
More importantly, what steps do I do when I get my PS Vita? Do I need to set up a Playstation account? I just wanted to buy and mod it to play all the games I want. Especially Otome and visual novel games. Maybe Itch.io games if that works? Lots of good visual novels there! ^^
Oh! Oh! And do flash games work on it? I wanted to know cause I think it would be cute to play my childhood games on it. XDDD

Awwww thank you! I'm glad that my dysfunctional family was entertaining to you. And yeah, there's tons of jobless men on my mom's side of the family. It's an epidemic, really...
I hope you can decide which PS console to get! Usually I would suggest just buying both, but it might be a little greedy. And also difficult since that's pretty expensive. Although, if you did get both consoles, you can use the PSP as a music player, and the PS Vita for your video games!
I'm sure I'll come to a decision when I get the money I need. ^^

my dad owns a vita that i used to play all the time, it is pretty sick, so you should definitely get one.
and yes, im pretty sure you do need a playstaion account, but if ur modding it then im not sure, you’d have to look at tutorials
but yeah psvitas are awesome, you should totally get one
(sorry if that didn’t answer all ur questions i can’t remember wut they are lol, if you have any i can try to answer them as best i can ^_^)
