I'm just glad that university is starting soon

Throughout 2025, I constantly planned on what I'd do once the university exam was done for. How I'd read more books, work on my video game like it was my job, spend more time outdoors, bla bla...

I entered the exam, results came out. I did well, enough to be able to enrol in one the best universities in my region :) But does that mean my summer went well? Hell no, I'd say. Averaging around 5 hours of screen time on my phone, doomscrolling all the time, barely reading any books... So much spare time wasted. I still did some good progress on the development of my video game, but I certainly could have done more.

The reason why my summer went like this is mostly because of the exam. I got a good result, yes, but waiting for the results to come out, speculating about how the results will be like, then waiting again the placement results... ugh. Stress, stress and stress. I swear preparing for the exam was a better experience.

So I guess having a "force" in your life that puts you in a schedule is not so bad after all. And I'm hoping that university will be just that. I'm either going to be an aerospace or electrical-electronics engineer (results aren't out yet), and both of them will most likely require me to study a lot every day, but I'm up for it. I'm up to being productive. I enjoy math, physics, and chemistry a lot - and no matter how hard it gets, I believe I'll find a way.
