okay so i need weight loss tips but KEEP IN MIND that i have like a condition thing called POTS and my doctor told me to lowk stop going to the gym and doing sports a lot and to eat A LOT of salt .
so maybe just diet tips or like ways 2 exercise that don’t get ur heart rate up?
i don’t need to lose a lot of weight, i js wanna get rid of my belly skdjdk

Lose body fat and tone up, probably cardio and some weight training
Training your abs is cool but that would come later

Awesome! And since you can’t do cardio, I recommend a calorie deficit just overall (probably should’ve included that in my first message, sorry) because you need a low bfp to even be able to see your abs

Do simple stretches!! U can search up what weight you want to loose and stretches for it, you can do it very slowly so it’s working your muscles and not your heart
