Yall, how do you talk to people? How do ya jst say “jst talk to me whnevr” and then actually start a convo? Do u ask them how they are? How would u evn progress the convo after that… I just ask people the weirdest question evr but I don’t always wanna be weird but evn if I start with a basic greeting I feel weird 4 evn saying hi at all. What y’all’s secret?

I find someone who is wearing something cool, then I compliment them, then we exchange socials. I ask them every now and then if they like xyz. If they do, we talk, if not, I just leave. They do the same. I try to be myself when making actual friends. If they don't fw my weirdness then we won't stay friends.
