soooo i recently got snakebites (one of my dream piercings) yayayayay!!! secondly, i also dyed my hair calico colors, so that's super fun!!

hiii i'm not OP obv but i've had snakebites for almost 2 years now !!!!
to answer ur question, they didn't hurt too bad at all ! i think my septum was significantly worse. cried on accident getting my septum done. lip piercings did hurt, obv, since it's literally a hole in your face, but it only lasted a couple minutes before it was just a dull ache. the worst part is the 2-3 weeks afterwards where you accidentally bite them. so fucking agonising. yk how ur not meant to eat super hard to chew foods ?? pls listen. i didn't and i was biting my piercings every few mouthfuls. not worth the pain. just get yoghurt or soup or something you can easily spoon or straw into ur mouth. u CAN chew, but you gotta be really slow or else 3

my septum actually didnt really hurt too bad!!! it was nippy. the bit that scared me the most was the blood though. i am SCAREDDD asf of blood.

AAAAAAAAA sorry i went M.I.A. but the snakebites did hurt a lot, i almost passed out on the second one... BUT it was worth it, i swear. the healing process is a bit confusing and painful at times, but you really just have to make sure you're cleaning it well and try your best not to bite it so much when you eat. i love my snakebites soooo yeah :3
