I don't use anything in specific but my method is:
>Comb hair, specifically the fringe
>Rinse or wash it
>Wrap it in a towel or a t shirt
>After letting it dry for a bit, comb hair again (with dramatic side part)
>Aply heat protectan (or not)
>Blow dry forwad and in direction you want the bangs to go
