Tripp pants were originally (To my knowelege) a diy thing until larger companies started to make punk mainstream. Selling punk clothing and jewerely. This goes against everything punk has done in the movement as punk is, and aways has been, DIY. All punks in the 19th centerury grew up and/or was poor so DIY was their only option. This started two problems; fashion punks, and started the mainstream of punk. Thats why I say 'eat the rich' as they have taken a MOVEMENT and turned it into fashion.
Overall I don't have anything against YOU for wearing branded tripp pants but I do think that when they are diy they look alot better!
