airport moment!! (a little about my insomnia)

bro flying is such a capital T TASK in the summer like. not to mention overnight flights/red eye flights? 

ive had diagnosed insomnia since i was like 12, and i generally have always struggled with sleep since then- even when im physically or mentally exhausted from impossibly long days or physical exertion. this does not even toe into my secondary difficulties achieving a state of sleep during or while travelling in anything that moves. cars, busses, planes- if it moves, i usually have an incredibly difficult time getting to sleep.

so overnight flight, right? its summertime and im coming from super hot environments and going to not so hot environments meaning SWEATY. and i have to sit there and wait to cool off in what is probably the weakest airflow for air conditioning (is it just me or is airplane AC some of the hardest to control/adjust?) and i get really really cold when im awake but when i fall asleep i turn into a human furnace (alledgedly anyways). and then my sleep is once again interrupted by me getting too hot.

mayve ist just like 6 AM [insert FNAF win sound here] and i havent slept much and certainly not what i would consider good sleep either.

n e ways my connection here is kinda shit ngl so i hope this posts lolol
