I'm not sure how to help with math, but I want to share my study technique. I tend to have a hard time focusing and often find myself wanting to play or watch something, which disrupts my studies. Here’s what I do:

When you have one page to learn with three or four subsections, start by reading only the first subsection. After that, take a 10-minute break where you can do whatever you want, watch a show, play a game, or watch YouTube.

After the break, come back and read the subsection you just read again. This time, try to explain it in your own words or recall what you remember. Then, take another 10-minute break to play games or enjoy whatever you like.Once you're done with the first subsection, move on to the second one. But before you start learning it, quickly review what you learned in the first subsection. After that, you can dive into the second subsection. Once you've learned it, it's a good idea to recall both the first and second subsections before moving on to the third.

Continue this method until you've finished all the subsections. This technique really helps me because I get to mix studying with playing or watching something, making it more enjoyable!
