Synesthesia.

Synesthesia - Synesthesia is a phenomenon that causes sensory crossovers, such as tasting colors or feeling sounds. Some people describe it as having “wires crossed” in their brain because it activates two or more senses when there's only a reason for one sense to activate.

My Mom was recently watching a show that mentioned synesthesia. She asked me if my synesthesia was the same as the character in her show. I explained to her that it's different for all those who experience it. For me, my synesthesia causes me to connect colors to just about any and everything. Numbers, dates, months, days of the week, foods, school subjects, activities, etc. So I thought it would be cool to make a blog post about some things and the colors I associate with them. Comment if you have any differing opinions and why, I love to hear them!
