How some of y'all treat paraphilas still gets me pissed...

Y'all don't understand it's not something one can control (can only control their actions) and it can be a trauma response.

Or that paraphile=criminal/predator. Sure, in some cases. Not in every single one. Some people are messed up and don't see what they're doing as wrong, and if they do, they lack self control to stop themselves. Those people? Feel free to hate on them. And on every single one that supports their ACTIONS.

But don't talk shit about paraphiles whose biggest "crime" is having the paraphila. You've got a bad experience with one? Fair enough, no one forces you to interact with any of them, and if they do in any way - that's on them and should be held responsible, but again, not the case with every single one.

If you think having a paraphila makes you a bad person, why say you support mental health? Why your support stops at the "wrong" disorders? At the "ugly" ones? The ones no one wants to talk about? Do you really support mental health? Or are you just saying that while ignoring the "disgusting" aspects of it? Is your support saying "let's fight depression!!!" while laughing at people "too lazy" to brush their teeth? Is it saying "bullying is so bad :(" but still making fun of people online? Are you a supporter only when it's convenient? When you can ignore all the "wrong" and "bad" aspects of the mental illness? When you don't have to actually practice what you preach? When the trauma response is the "socially acceptable" side of the coin but never the other?

I don't care if there's not many. I will fight for the little there is. I hate when people judge based others by a crime they've never committed. You say they have a potential to harm others, but so do you!
