If you gave me the option to choose which one is better film to watch between Kill Bill 1/2 or Mandy. I would say Kill Bill, however. If you said to me which one would you choose to watch for the rest of my life between the two, then I would say Mandy. Reasons:

-Experimental Indie Film that's fused as a love/revenge story, Metal AF, and has Nicholas Cage committing next level atrocities, making ghost rider look like a bitch compare to Mandy.

-Long unedited one shot takes that hit the beat of the story with no ruined moments

-Composition is Immaculate from beginning to end

-The direction done for the actors to understand the source material while just letting loose is incredible

-Nicholas Cage! Nicholas Cage! Nicholas Cage! Nicholas Cage! is so memeable and memorable (I Luv him)

-Cast of villains, Costume design, Dialogue, Weapons, violence, gore, chaos 10/10. Wished for more screen time with side characters.

-Emotional moments where compassion and care for Mandy and his girlfriend established great motif's to invest in the characters (hope that made sense, it's 2am for me bro)

I not a filmbro or critic of anyway. I haven't went to the theater's in so long. Shit, I haven't seen the new superman movie and heard that movie is amazing to watch. However, I'm slowly come to the realization that I do not like CGI. Call me crazy, but could AI develop someone to not like CGI as much. I feel AI just eradicated my love for immersion in films in a sense, idk. Moreover, Mandy is a film to get drunk or high too, then afterwords you tell your partner that you care about them and you will commit tenth degree manslaughter for them with a homemade weapon
