Did you know you can change your whole body only with your mind?
Forget aboout diets. If you're gonna eat healthy do it to feel better, not to punish your body for the way it looks.
YOU. ARE. ALREADY. PERFECT. THE. WAY. YOU. ARE.
Understand that. However, I personally think I can always look better, feel better, do better.
So, if you're like me. I hope this blog finds you.
YOU'LL NEED:
A mirror. A body. Your mind.
After you take a shower (I recommend doing it at night, but if you shower in the morning befor work that's fine too), stand naked in front of the mirror. Look at yourself, your feet, legs, butt, stomach, arms, chest, neck, face, hair.
Say nice things to yourself. Be thankful for what you already have first, if you hate something about what you see you will keep seeing that and nothing will change.
After you've taken a good look, stare right into your eyes. You look hot with your messy, wet hair, okay? While staring at your eyes, say your affirmations (the things you WANT)
For example:
-I have strong, long legs. I have beautiful long hair, My sking is absolutely perfect. My butt is (add your own words here). My stomach looks (add your words).
After you've said all your affirmations as if you already have all that, start getting ready. Blowdry your haor, put lotion on, put on your fav perfume, do your skincare.
You're going to repeat this EVERY DAY after you shower. Trust me you WILL see results. I could tell you to keep a positive mind as you do this and YES it's important, but also...be focused. Remember the movie "american psycho", the way he's focused all the time as he gets his morning routine done.
Repeat your affirmations throughout the day when you get some free time.
