Looll yeah i barely play it, used to be suupper into it until Fontaine and now i only log on to play with my friend sometimes. i just really like ifa and wanted to try to get him :3
i do play HSR, ZZZ and P5X when it comes to other gacha games, and ive tried wuwa but my PC can barely handle it. if you got some other games you can reccommend then pls tell me! im always eager to try out new games -W-
I have the same problem with Wuwa. I don't know what kind of PC you need for this game, but it's unbelievable how many people talk about their inability to run it on either phone or PC. As for Genshin, I stopped playing a little before Natlan was released. After Natlan came out, the whole game changed, and I felt like it ruined the experience. Natlan itself isn't that bad; I haven't seen much of it since I quit, but the game just doesn't feel the same anymore, and it got a bit boring. I think the only reason I would consider playing again is to play with friends, but since my friends quit in 2023, I've been playing alone. And about similar games, I myself cant find RPG open world games like hoyo so i don't know what to reccomend u. Maybe i'll just give u names of games that i consider cool - rain world (u need parsec to play with friends) is a big open world game but it is really hard, cult of the lamb (same as rain world to play with friends u need to be either playing on same advice or to use parsec) it is fighting farm game with small lore and i find it fun, if u like games like dbd identity v is like a pretty good one cus it is free and it have anime crossovers even rn it have frieren event, that one otter game is sm i see a lot on socials but still havent tried it yet but it looks interesting. And yeah maybe these are the only games I can think of i know they aren't similar to genshin but i promise they are good ones.
agreed! i really didn't like what they were doing with natlan which made me even more demotivated. but i really don't like the way they're presenting the story in.. the cutscenes feel so lifeless and it makes a drag to get through. especially since some quests are suuuper long and you can't skip some cutscenes ur not interested in!
i don't like how a lot of it is also focused around npcs and i feel like a big problem the previous quests had is that it was a sort of fetch quest at some point.. i do love genshin's open world and i used to love exploring but for some reason it's just not as fun anymore. the struggle of getting materials and relics is also super demotivating and almost time wasting.. it makes me more sad than anything since i used to love genshin and put sooo much effort into my account in the years that i did play it!
wuwa runs super laggy on my pc and the textures won't even load on my tablet.. it seems like they're doing anything but fix their optimisation, which is a shame because i do love wuwa's playstyle a lot!! i genuinely enjoyed playing the game but it's unplayable.
i do have Cult of the lamb actually! it's a super fun game and i saw that they announced new dlc soon so i should get back into it! dbd also seems fun from what i've seen so i should start looking into that too. thank you so much for the reccs!
Totally agree! I used to play genshin mostly cus of the exploration and Fontaine was the perfect place for it! It was super fun playing it, and the quests were good i wasn't like so interested back then cus i was more into the sumeru and i preferred the quests there. But when i saw how Notlan is going to look and the new characters, i lost my interest because of what i remember. This was supposed to be a nation of war and not some Jurassic attraction or whatever and it was wayyy to colorful and childish in my opinion. I have no idea how it looks now and if it even has some deep lore or wtv i didnt even want to wait till natlan to see myself.
The community got worse and they pissed me off like literally this game has sooooo many red flags which i can describe. I agree with u that i feel sometimes the NPCs' quests are way too loong and even the main quests aren't that long and i hate the fact that this game doesn't even give normal like translate or whatever cus most of the times i don't even know what they are talking about. Because i noticed when i first tried to play wuwa that they have some sort of translation or sm similar so u can understand what they mean which is really helpful! And about wuwa when the game first came out, it was perfect for me and for a lot of people with low devices and the wuwa community heard their players that they have a problem with the game running and they had to fix it but after this my game started crashing same goes to other people. And wuwa left the game like this cus most of the community must have high devices?? And i loved the way how they always treat us good or at least when the game first came cus i remmber when people started complaining ab the game they had to work more and stayed at night working to fix it and even gave us reward for the waiting which wasn't more than a day. And this is something genshin wouldnt do!! I don't know if wuwa continues to be like this but i hope so.
And about cult of the lamb i saw myself too that there is going to be new dlc which i cannot wait for it. Maybe i wouldn't be able to play it since i don't have the money, cus it is probably not going to be cheap but i would love to watch ytbers playing it.
