This has been on my mind quite a bit lately. I dont know why. I used to at least be able to talk to people online but nowadays you wont even catch me in genshin co-op to ask for materials. Makes me kind of sad because i see all these cool people with similar interests online yet i cant get over my embarrassment from just leaving a comment (as if it's not the whole point of social media)
It's gotten to the point that I dont even post anymore outside my main insta for my art, which i also cringe about. im really trying to push trough because I LOOVEEEE fandom spaces and I'd love to contribute and allat im just too embarrassed
also doesnt help that my strict parents blocked tiktok for me trough those stupid management apps (the one place where i did have at least a bit of a platform because insta is dead)
well so be it then thanks for reading my rant that i finally dared posting instead of keeping my head before bed

feel you dude, i only begun talking to people online like two years ago regularly. It's feels terrifying trying to talk to people, but practice makes perfect and do this stuff for yourself not for other people cause they don't give a singular shit (from my knowledge)

I feel you, like I was always afraid of talking to people but I did manage to make some friends online....but now I legit can't find the courage to talk to anyone, and most of my friends just don't talk to me anymore.

i honestly can relate to this alot (it took me like 4 minutes to build up enough courage to make this comment) its how i lost a lot of my friends online cause i kinda just ghosted them.
good luck in. your efforts to talk to people online, if it helps i always take some time to really think about what i wanna say.
yayay thanks!! im also feeling a little like im losing the one online friend i still have because its like im losing all communication skills but she must be used to me since she still messages me at least every other day <3

THATS SO REAL. Also ive seen on tiktoks ways people bypass that filter thing and they basically like go to ibis paint or smth and like, go to the text, press the like look for more so it takes you to the web and you can use google from there to get on tt (and other apps)
Im not too sure how it works though, ive seen it around :P
