Report Blog Entry
So, last night I was abruptly awaken from my deep sleep. The culprit?? My cell phone giving off this high pitch warning alert of a boy being kidnapped. I understand this warning serves a good purpose, but the alert could be softer and at a more reasonable time. Now I am wide awake knowing that my efforts in no way will make a difference to this terrible cause.
Kidnap alert !!!

Reading this,for me the most upsetting thing about it is that,since it was happening in the early hours of the morning,it’s probably the type of legalised kidnapping that I experienced and he was probably being taken to an abusive program.

It would honestly be nice if Amber Alerts were just a normal little text message on your cellphone instead of being so obnoxiously and unnecessarily loud, blaring, and disruptive.
I always get the urge to chuck my cellphone across the room whenever I get disrupted by one of these messages because of how stupidly and unreasonably annoying they are.
Thank you and they happen at the worst time...
